QnnTv Episode available now...

QNNTV1
So, back in the summer I went in for a taping with HandiQuilter for their show Quilt It!  I had a fabulous time even though I was crazy nervous and my hair was significantly shorter ;-) You can find the first of three episodes here.
Before the show I put together a little runner to show some of my quilting.  It was so fun to make and I am happy to finally share this project with you.

QNNTV2
I showed off one of my templates from my project "Irish Lass" in my book. You can see it in this picture without dense quilting around the template....

QNNTV3
...and here is the dense quilting version of the block.  I like it a lot better! I filled in the rest of the table runner with a lot of fun and random quilting.

QNNTV4
I hope you give this a try and I really hope you like the taping - please don't tell me if you don't ;-)

QNNTV5
And, a shot of the back.  I love this quilting.  I have been MIA with quilting lately, but I am happy to say that my next quilt is going on the frames in a couple minutes and I can not wait to get back to quilting.  I will keep you posted!

Another terrific example that variety works. I get in front of a quilt and think: repeat, repeat, repeat. You continue to inspire! Thank you.

Just watched your QNN videos and you are superb - and so cute. I really got a lot of inspiration from these. Although I don't own a longarm, your techniques are totally transferable to a domestic machine. As you said, all we need is practice....and patience...and in my case, bucketloads of your talent would be an asset too. Well done!

I love your book and had fun using some of your ideas on a recent customer quilt.
