I have this quilt done - I have all the pictures taken and loaded on the computer, but I am up way too late trying to narrow down 46 pictures to 10 and it just isn't working!  So, instead you get a little teaser and when I get back from Hawaii - oh I could just pinch myself - then I will post on this quilt and the new ruler I used.

Grandma and Aunt Amy are here to watch the kids while Clint and I are celebrating our 10th anniversary (Wednesday) in Hawaii - it's my first time going and Clint has planned an amazing trip for us. So, have a great week everyone! I know I will :)

OMG! OMG! OMG! That teaser is amazing. I'm sure the whole thing will have me speechless.

Enjoy the trip. We were going to do the same for our 10th anniversary but held out and went to Vietnam the following spring instead.

Oh my G..., you're a maestro, you are really humbling me with your fine skills. I'm a beginner quilter and you are a real inspiration to me. I got into making cell phone covers, kindle and ipad covers by chance. I made a little penguin cell phone cover to hang my little $15 Tracfone SVC cell phone for seniors around my neck. I really like the phone because of it's big keys and letters on the screen and it only costs $7/month for service. When I went to my book club meeting with the penguin cover hanging from my neck most of the ladies wanted cute animal nook or kindle covers from me. The price of laptop covers and kindle covers are really expensive in the shops. Anyway I'm having fun making the little animal covers.
