On my back looking up!

looking up

When I start a new quilt I always take a minute to make sure I like what is going on from underneath the machine. It always helps when the fabric shows off the quilting and I am really excited about this quilt, really excited!!!

I'm not gonna lie...I think it is fabulous! I am always so pumped when I see your blog. I want to go out and buy a longarm machine. Your work is so creative and fun.

Looks wonderful... I've been known to sit on the floor and look up at the quilting from the bottom.... can't photo mine right now, the dark blue fabric in the basement - doesn't show up in photos....

I am very curious as to what type of thread you like to use. I have been longarm quilting for 2 years, and I still have problems some times with tension issues. I have tried lots of different types of thread. What kinds do you prefer, and do you always use the same in the bobbin as you do on the top of the quilt?
