Snow, goals and giveaway winners!

First things first - Snow in Saint George! Yahoo! We woke up to some snow this morning, crazy I know. The kids were more than excited to go outside this morning, good thing they did because it has already melted. Jonah looks like Ralphy's brother in "A Christmas Story." Love it!

Goals - 2011! I have a huge list, I wouldn't want to bore you with all my goals because the list keeps getting bigger. But one thing I want to do this year is to train for a half marathon, then run a half marathon with my sister Jessie.
I have the outfit and shoes already to go - now to just run off this baby weight!!!
Wish me luck - I was going to start today, but I told myself I didn't need to start because it snowed - not a good start. :(

So -- winners! Thanks so much for the entries for my giveaway! What a great response. So glad I got new followers and lots of you signed up for the newsletter - you won't regret it. We have awesome deals for our newsletter subscribers.

The winner of the Dilly Dally Jelly Roll is Terri! Congrats - I contacted you, so you should know who you are.

The winner of the Layer Cake is Dee! Congrats! Please contact me with your address!

For those of you who didn't win, we have put our Quilt Kits 30% off until Wednesday. Hurray, hop on over and get yours!

Oh my gosh Judi if I had those shoes and that top I'd even be motivated to run. Waiting for my foot to heal up so I can start walking again. Love the shoes.

What a great running outfit! The hardest part of training for a half marathon, taking the very first step! I hope you take yours tomorrow!

Good Luck with all your 2011 goals.

awesome! I just ran my 2nd half marathon Dec 4th and beat my record by 27minutes woot! I hope your sister is local, if not get a running buddy. It's so easy to get complacent in your runs when you don't have someone to push you along ...or drag you out of bed :)

I'd love to hear about your progress but beware that it takes a lot of time!

Wow, Judi, you're something else! I'm thrilled if I go for a half-hour walk with my husband 3 times a week! I'm pretty sure a half marathon would kill me!

It will be fun to watch your progress and cheer you on from the keyboard! You go girl!

I'm so excited that I won! Thanks so much.

I believe that getting a new workout outfit is a good motivator. At least when you're starting out. And yours is adorable. I especially like the shoes.

Good luck with the half marathon! My twin sister runs marathons and half marathons, and I wonder, "Can we really be identical twins?" because I HATE running. But when we are together, I run short distances with her because a little exercise never hurt anyone, right? Love the shoes!

Congrats to the winners! Your running out fit is cute! Love the color! I believe it's the 'color of the year-Honeysuckle' Read about the color of the year on the Moose on the Porch blog. I had not seen much of that color yet, but there it is!

Snow is a good reason to not run. What would happen if you fell and broke both your arms? Your elbows would be in splints, so you couldn't dial... (you've got mail reference)
