Think about this - finding out about moving 2 weeks ago, saying goodbye to friends you don't want to leave, having to pack up boxes being big ole pregnant, and knowing that you will be in a new place when the husband leaves on a trip.
I'm a little stressed! But it's going to be alright. Just don't expect too many quilting pictures in the next week or so because I will be the one running around with my head cut off doing Clint's job - he does everything with the website and all the orders - watching the kids, and trying to get some quilting done. Not to mention I need to come up with a couple classes for a quilt show in June and the deadline is October 15th. Seriously - can there just be more time? Why can't there be more time - oh and mix that time with energy because I seem to be lacking it..
Anyway - it really will be alright, I keep telling myself that because I will finally get a studio - and a bedroom. Nothing to complain about there. Oh and I want to win this, but since it's my sister I probably won't win it! But go check out her giveaway because your little girl or granddaughter will want it!
Oh and here are some of my quilting pictures that I want to put in my studio......... some how, I will show you when it's done.

You have a lot on your plate at the moment but leave it in His hands and it will all fall into place. Those feathers are amazing.
You can do it! I'll be praying for you.
Your quilting is beautiful like always Judy.. Take care of you and the little one. Best of luck with the move!!
Take a deep breath and say---It will all come together--I don't have to do it all today.
As much as I love your inspirational quilts.... Do take care of yourself and your family too...praying that all goes smoothly.. Hugs Dawn x x x
Always love to be checking out your quilting. I am so happy to be back sewing again after far too long a break.
I did go check out the give away. That dress is gorgeous. Too bad my daughter is 14 now.
Best of luck with the move and all you have to do. I noticed you are going clear across town. I hope you still can drop into QW from time to time.
Great photos. I hope all goes well in the nxt month. I know you can do it all. Don't we creative people love pressure. Thats when we do our best.
Wow, you have a lot on your plate. I'll send lots of positive energy your way.
Smiles,
Kelly
Thanks for the shout-out Judi! I wish I was closer so I could help out....:( Hugs! (be careful!)
Judy, I am in the same predicament. I just moved from Ohio to Savannah Ga. I don't know anyone, and don't know how to get to anything. Jim works long hours, and even had an over night trip, so I am here alone alot. I was having mental break downs. I was pretty much alone in Ohio, but at least I knew people, and knew where things were. Did I trust them as friends, no, but the security that they were there helped. I knew my enemy"".
I never post because you have so many.. I love your work, and thank you for being such an inspiration.
Where are you moving to? General, new state, or just a new city?
Best Wishes
Renee
I can't wait to hang out with you in your studio and the pics in black and white are beautiful!!!!!!!!
Your quilting is amazing!!
Good luck with the move :-)
Beautiful quilting! Hope everything goes smoothly for you! I can relate on a small level. My husband had wrist surgery the day after we moved our boxes into our home, so I spent the next week trying to help little ones adjust and unpack everything. Somehow we made it :)
It will be worth it!
Hang in there Jude...you'll be in the new place and settled with room for your beautiful studio and sleep! Sending goodness your way...LOVE YA!!
Judi...I don't know how you do it all! I am exhausted just thinking about it! You deserve a week vacation when Clint gets home!
Hang in there and we can't wait to see you next week. I can help you unpack your house ;) It looks and sounds beautiful--see you next week, yeah!
My little comment...but hope you will take some advice from an old woman who has been through what you are going through. That advice is: take a deep breath. Blow it out slowly. Quickly think what are the five most precious things in your life. I bet they are hubby, children, talents, my own business and my very own Green Fairy. Girl, you got it all!! God bless you each and every day with your new little corner (spot/place) in life that will include all the above "things" I mentioned.
Love your quilting. I don't envy you moving at such short notice your life sounds hectic enough! Try to take a minute for a sit and a cup of something every now and then.
Wow, how you keep going...I am tired reading it. Still want to see pictures of your home.
I sooooo love your quilting...it is amazing.
