Congratulations to our giveaway winner! Rulers are back in stock!

So, a big thank you to all of you who entered our giveaway.  I am so happy to see the excitement with all the new lines of fabric added to our shop.  But really, who doesn't love fabric? So, I will just get to it - the winner, chosen by random.org - was JanAngel55 - congratulations!  You have won a Fresh Air fat quarter bundle. I will get that sent out asap.  Thanks so much!  Enjoy!

Okay, so you know my favorite longarm ruler by A1?  Well, it is back in stock and I was happily surprised to see my name on the ruler with some extra reference lines to help with marking my quilts.  I can not tell you how much I love this ruler and it really is a bonus for me to see my name on it.  I know you will love this ruler too - get yours in the shop here!

As you can see I am quilting again - be sure to stay up with all my progress through Facebook and Instagram and I will be sharing the final results of this fabulous quilt as soon as I finish quilting it here on the blog.

Have a fabulous weekend!

  1. Congratulations to Jan. How cool to have your name on the rulers. Do you like rulers with handles?

  2. I just bought that ruler from you this month. I haven't had enough chance to play with it yet. I LOVE your YouTube video. You make it look soooo easy. Practice, practice. How cool is it to have your name on it? You're famous!!!

  3. I have a question....is this ruler thicker than a regular (say Creative Grids type)ruler? I am NOT a long-armer, but I do all my own machine quilting (straight and free motion) on my "regular" sit down machine. I find all the rulers I currently own (and I own a lot)seem a little too thin to use as a guide for straight lines while machine quilting. Do you think this one would work?
    thanks, Bernie

  4. Hi Judi, I have a longarm and am interested in getting one of your rulers...they are longer than the one I have. I'm curious about the benefit of the handle. Can you tell me how it helps you? Thanks!

  6. Judy there should be a ruler MONUMENT to you, I can spot your stuff on pinterest on a smart phone across the room. You are soooo good. I wanted to respond to brnaayer, above about rulers for a regular, sit down machine. Look at videos for rulerwork on a domestic machine on youtube. Accents in Design are the only ones I know that make rulers specifically for us, but they really are very good. Most long arm rulers are just to long for us to get practical use of.
