When she commissioned me to do this quilt, I was really nervous because come on, she is the owner of Superior Threads, the best thread out there if I do say so myself.

I don't know why I do this, but I am always so nervous when I give any quilt back to the customer. Whether I am charging right, whether it's too much or too little; whether or not all the work put into the quilt looks good to them. It's really tough sometimes to be a long-arm quilter, but I guess it takes a little confidence and self-worth.
Thanks to everyone that has loved my new patterns, I am thrilled with the positive feedback I have gotten from all of you. Have a wonderful week, hopefully I will be better at posting!
oh my stars, that is one gorgeous quilt lady,,,,,it really shows off your talents with that long arm quilting,,,you should be very proud of it,,,and the quilt maker also,,,,,,Flo

ReplyDeleteYou did a great job on that brown flying-geese quilt. What kind of batting did you use on that one? A thick polyester or what?

ReplyDeleteGreat job on both quilts. The first one is absolutely stunning! You should be very proud of your work. If it was my quilt, I would be thrilled with your exceptional workmanship. What kind of quilting machine and setup to you use? And how did you get started in the business of quilting for others?
