Bikini Quilt! You have to see this one...........

I got a request to put bikini's and palm trees in this quilt. It was really fun. I love how it turned out. It took me all week last week, but I did manage to sneak in one more quilt on Saturday as well. Anyway, here you go.

This is the back of the quilt. I almost love it more! I couldn't just show a couple photo's of this quilt. There is just too much to see.

Luckily I was able to meet the lady who gave me this quilt to quilt. I don't meet all my customers because they drop off their quilts at Scrap Apple Quilts here in St. George. Anyway, her name is Emily Douglas and she is so darling, and she loved the quilting, Phew!!! I always get nervous about whether or not the customer will like their quilt.

Keep on coming back because I am planning something big for my 100th post! Coming very soon. Have a great day!

  10. Amazing! I have to ask, how long have you been quilting? Did you start with your mom before you were married? I don't know that I'll ever be this good but I can hardly wait to try! Cindy

  27. Judi,

Your bikinis and palm trees on this quilt are so much fun! You do such a great job. I'm enjoying your blog as well.

I have a favor to ask. I REALLY need to have that fabric with the brown background and multi colored flowers. Is there any way to find out from your client the manufacturer or print name? I would be forever grateful.

  29. Ooooh, I don't think of myself as a "quilty" person, but I love that little bikini with the well-placed flower, and the subtle palm tree patterns. Your quilts are lovely, especially the stitching patterns. I am fascinated by them.
